Will J. Fischer

Will Fischer is an associate attorney with RGP Law Ltd. admitted to practice in the state of South Dakota. In 2026, Will earned his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law in Santa Clara, CA. During law school, Will acted as Production Editor of the Santa Clara High Technology Law Journal. At Saint John’s University, Will earned his bachelor’s degree in computer science, with minors in history and political science, in 2023 and was a co-captain of the men’s varsity tennis team.

Outside of the office, Will enjoys spending time with his wife, reading, playing racquet sports, and hosting friends for Dungeons & Dragons.
